U2 Unforgettable Fire Poster Anton Corbijn Athena 1988 Steve Averill RARE

This has been in my collection since its release. It was hung on my college dorm wall until 1990 where it was then rolled with a rubber band. Sadly, that was a mistake as over the years it rotted and left a mark (pictured). Maybe this can come off? It's not my expertise so I'm not messing with it.
The poster measures approximately 23" x 35" and hasn't seen human hands in nearly 30 years. There are some slight dings on the edge (pictured) and some dried residue from wall putty on the back corners. There are ones on ebay for over 0USD so this price is a STEAL and would look great framed!
